Room2Think, Ltd. is a collaborative meeting services company. Our creative meeting space is designed to change the way you think about conducting business. No more stuffy conference rooms! No more stale muffins and cold coffee! We aren't just providing a place for you to meet. We're offering you an incredible small group experience.     

Cofounders Wendy Keneipp and Kristi Birkeland have over 15 years experience attending, organizing and facilitating meetings. Some of those meetings were terrific, but many were dull and uninspiring. Our goal is to make sure you never have to sit through another boring or unproductive meeting. Let's face it: You have more important ways to spend your time and money.

As business owners, we believe in promoting and supporting our local business community. We do this by using local suppliers whenever possible and offering networking opportunities that allow fellow entrepreneurs to exchange information, ideas, strategy and—of course—business cards. This community is full of innovative, creative and successful business men and women. Working together to create a thriving business community isn't just about profit margins; it's about making Whatcom County an even better place to live and work.

Room2Think is located in a certified Gold Standard LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building, which means that we require less energy and resources to keep things running. We are also committed to reusing, recycling and keeping waste to a minimum. So while you won't find plastic water bottles at Room2Think, you just might come up with the next world-saving idea --while sipping filtered water from a reusable cup.
