At Room2Think, we offer a convenient, all-inclusive pricing model so you know the cost of your meeting up front. No add-ons. No surprises. No hidden charges, mysterious service fees or pre-calculated gratuities. The only time you will incur additional costs is if you choose to add catering and/or meeting planning services to your experience.
Your room rental fee includes room set up, as well as access to our technology, office supplies and friendly, professional meeting staff. We'll also provide your group with full beverage and snack service and a complimentary, anonymous meeting feedback survey and summary. Everything you need for a great meeting!
